I'm looking out the window at the occasional glob of wet snow falling from the sky and hoping for some better biking weather! The forecast for tomorrow isn't much better :-( I'll schedule the ride anyhow and hope the weatherman is wrong.
The Fitness Ride goes up Wallace Hill to Brookline, NH. The route is about 17 miles, hilly, and is all on road.
The Recreation Ride goes to Hollis NH. The route is about 14 miles, a few hills, and has some gravel roads.
On Monday, October 19th, we will meet in Easy Pepperell Center. Here is a map.
- At 9:30 AM, the Fitness Ride leaves for very nice mountain views on the way to Brookline. Here is a map.
- At 11:30 AM, we will have lunch at the always quaint Pepperell Spa.
- At 12:15 PM, the Recreation Ride will leave for stunning foliage on the way to Hollis Center. Here is a map.
- At 2:15 PM, we will be back.
On Wednesday, October 21st, we will meet in Brookline, NH and ride to Milford, NH.
On Friday, October 23rd, we will try again for the Nancy's Arifield Cafe rides.
Carole is stuck on Jury Duty for the next couple of weeks :-( so it will just be me.
